Training by the Black Sea with D. Yashankin

Good day to all! Today I would like to share with you an interesting training session conducted by Arnold Classic 2012 champion Dmitry Yashankin on our beach in the village of Abrau-Durso. But about everything in more detail.
On April 29, 2013, the Yashankin Cup took place in the Krasnodar Territory in the village of Abrau-Durso, which is about 20 km from Novorossiysk. A beautiful scenic place with high mountains and a large freshwater lake Abrau. The whole action took place on the shore of the lake in a beautiful amphitheater in the light of the setting spring sun. The best athletes of Russia were invited to these competitions, as well as those who won the Russian Samson 36 Championship.
Among them were such famous athletes as Paata Petriashvili, who is the biggest bodybuilder in our country. Igor Gostyunin was also noticed as a spectator. Alexey Becker, the winner of Samson 36, fought for the championship belt. In general, there were many interesting athletes, and the competitions were excellent.
The sponsor of these competitions was the SAN company and the Abrau-Durso champagne factory. The SAN company ensured Mikhail Koklyaev's arrival at the tournament as an honorary guest, and the Abrau-Durso plant accommodated all guests and participants in a wonderful cottage village. But that's not what we're talking about right now, let's get back to the master class and training on the beach.
The training took place on April 30 at 12 p.m. It was attended by a small part of the athletes who participated in the competitions, among them was noticed
Alexey Becker and Alexey Shabunya are last year's Yashankin Cup champions.
Alexander Vishnevsky, the coach of the champions, also took part. Despite the fact that he has not performed for a long time, his muscle mass is enviable.
Mikhail Koklyaev enjoyed the rays of the southern spring sun.
The training was aimed at improving athletic qualities such as endurance, agility, and balance. I also want to note that it was very interesting to watch Dmitry conduct this master class. All communication took place in a relaxed atmosphere. He tried to pay attention to everyone present and was not self-contained, everything was positive. It's not every day that you see the stars of world bodybuilding in your city, but the good news is that they are cheerful, open-minded people with a good sense of humor.
