2020 Fabien Jouves Mas del Perie 'You F My Wine ?!' Vin de France Abruzzo 2020 Maloof Riesling Nemarniki VineyardFabien employs a non interventionist vinification philosophy. Grapes are harvested by hand. Whole cluster fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeast in concrete vats and barrels. The wine ages until maturity, either in concrete tanks, barrels or large wooden vats (foudres).
