Thanks to the 3Feet concept developed by Sidas, each type of arch has its own level of support. For medium arches, this insole incorporates an EVA shell for stability and support, ideal for optimising body alignment. Its woven polyester mesh cover and partially recycled Evamic Insulated foam (20%) provide durable thermal
